The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
The truck freight company will deliver the product to the threshold if this is a residential delivery (this means to your garage or front door), or to the loading dock if this is a commercial delivery. They will not offer any assembly services nor will they put it in the room of your choice. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to arrange for any additional services that you would like. You will be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for these additional services.

We bought this unit to store wine in the garage. We like the dual temp. zones for storing red and white wines separately. Our biggest complaint is that the space between the shelves is barely enough to fit an average size bottle. Several bottles that do "fit" scrape and pull out the shelf above with it when retrieving a bottle. We have several bottles that don't fit, and these are not oversized bottles. We could remove some shelves, but that is not ideal since the bottles would be stacked two or three rows high. We are disappointed. We would have returned the unit, but it was too expensive to do that.

Would be better if several shelves were more generously spaced, and it was not described as capacity 166. It would take 166 thin and short Bordeaux style bottles to fit 166.
